Becoming a parent changes one’s life completely. Not only are you responsible for taking care of your child, but guiding and educating them through life too. Parenting does not come with a manual on how to do everything from birth through adulthood. It might sometimes be overwhelming even for the most seasoned parents.

Having worked with thousands of  adults, children, educators and families over the past 22 years through various methodologies, I have discovered many creative tools to help learners take positive actions to focus the mind and body in our highly distracting world today.

These 1 - 2-minute pleasure breaks can be enjoyed throughout the day to increase motivation, happiness, satisfaction, self - regulation and success.
